BUG list-style-type: none is not validating

Value Error : list-style-type none is not a list-style-type value : none 

This was driving me nuts, and then I searched and found a recently reported bug #19927 - so confirming.  Stuff that validated a few hours ago, all of a sudden wasn't validating any more.
