css validator different behaviour validating by uri/direct input

Hi,
it is simple: Property align: justify, left - maybe others?
Validate by URI: 2 errors: Property align doesn't exist : justify - same for left.
Validate by direct input (EXACT copy of Valid CSS information from above):
Congratulations! No Error Found.

Obviously there is a different behaviour while validating by uri/direct input.

PS: Both are validated as CSS level 3 ;-)
