Validating my page causes a java exception.

 

Please, confirm that you do not need the state of my site (HTML + CSS).

I want to upgrade my CSS to 3 version.

I am waiting for your response.

(i can wait, it is not a problem, I simply need to know the moment I can
start the future development).
