CSS Level 3 issue in Command line execution

Hi Team,

We need to validate CSS Files.
We are using W3C CSS validator jar file(DOwnloaded from
https://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/DOWNLOAD.html) for command line
execution.
But the result is totally different from the report in which the online CSS
Validatior returns.
We need CSS Level 3 Validator for command line execution.
Where can we get the correct jar file.
How to give parameter for CSS Level 3.
Can you please advice.
