Broken hyperlink in w3.org validator

Hi from Australia.

The hyperlink in "see our 
<http://www.w3.org/QA/2005/01/Validator-IE_WinXP_SP2>information page 
on the W3C QA Website" on your 
http://validator.w3.org/#validate_by_upload page just produces a 404 error.

I also could not find its "Validator-IE_WinXP_SP2" by searching the Internet.
