It works fine from here:

  http://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.drk-in-karlsruhe.de

I don’t know why it doesn’t work from http://validator.w3.org/ and I’m not
that maintainer of that entry point and whatever the problem is with it I
don’t believe it’ll get fixed any time soon.

So going forward please instead always just use http://validator.w3.org/nu/
That entry point is actively maintained (by me) and the
http://validator.w3.org/ entry point basically just passes on all requests
for checking of HTML5 documents to it. And it has several features that the
http://validator.w3.org/ doesn’t have, so you’re much better off just using
it directly.
