Clarification of "header" and "footer"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In the text of recommendation Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL) Version 1.0,
the terminology "header" is employed with a meaning of "heading" or a meaning of
"top edge", as shown in table-1 (except table header and dictionary header).
In case of "heading" the terminology "header" should not be used to avoid confusion.
         Table-1 "Headers" with a meaning of "heading" or "top edge"
            clause       occurrence                                meaning
         ------------------------------------------------------------------------
            6.3       to produce running headers or footers         "heading"
            6.3       for repeating or running headers and footers  "heading"
            6.4.14    corresponds to the header region              "top edge"
            6.4.19    for repeating or running headers and footers  "heading"
            6.11.3    to produce running headers or footers         "heading"
            6.11.4    produce running headers or footers            "heading"
The terminology "footer" is employed with a meaning of "footing" or a meaning of
"tail edge", as shown in table-2. In case of "footing" the terminology "footer"
should not be used to avoid confusion.
         Table-2 "Footers" with a meaning of "footing" or "tail edge"
            clause       occurrence                                meaning
