Thank you for sending in the 2004 Dec 14 version of 
"XSL Extensions by Antenna House" documentation 
(Copyright (c) 1999-2004 Antenna House, Inc. All rights reserved.).

In terms of considering this input for XSL 1.1, our 
response is the same as that documented at
http://www.w3.org/Style/XSL/2003/01/FO-DoC#04JanMar-0011

In summary, we have already accepted some for XSL 1.1
and filed others for future consideration based on the
scope of XSL 1.1 as defined in our requirements document:
