Responsiveness of the Working Group

The editors,

My congratulations on the level of responsiveness of the Working Group. 
    Some time ago the delays in getting responses from the editors were 
so frustrating that the small set of implemeters with whom I was in 
contact tended to take a punt on the meaning of the Recommendation and 
press blindly on.  The current practice of having individual members of 
the WG give guidance pending a final decision by the editors, and the 
rapidity with which those decisions are made have transformed the 
working environment of this implementer, at least.
