RE: Synchronizing text

The XSL FO SG has consensus that this is out of scope
for XSL 1.1 whose requirements document is available at
http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl11-req/

We will add this feature to our Post-XSL 1.1 Potential 
Requirements.
