RE: alignment-baseline and aligment-adjust properties

It turns out we meant to delete those values from
those properties (as they are the non-writing-mode 
relative ones), but obviously we only did a
partial job of deleting them.

We will finish the job of deleting them.  Thanks
for catching this inconsistency.
