Re: Printing the Wikipedia logo in 3D

Fantastic!

I was indeed thinking about how we can make sure that the puzzle pieces
stick together, because on a flat surface gravity makes sure 2D pieces stay
together, in 3D that won't work. Things I consider:

   - Glueing them together -> less transportable when puzzle globe in large
   size
   - Making puzzle pieces in two layers (half-timber joint) -> the front
   layer is as you know them, the back layer as a different size and overlas
   with the neighbouring piece
   - Tape on the background -> not strong enough
   - Sticks inside 2 pieces -> seems possible stable enough
   - Chaining 2 pieces together with a hook (or two hooks) around a bar
   (similar to a lock for sliding doors)
   - ...
