WMF asks questions to the community in preparation for Annual Plan

The Wikimedia Foundation's Product and Technology department is starting its Annual planning process <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia%20Foundation%20Annual%20Plan> (APP), where it decides what it will be allocating resources to/prioritizing over the next fiscal year. To inform WMF's decision-making on what to prioritize, they are requesting community members to answer a few questions/provide feedback on what should be considered at this meta wiki page <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Wikimedia%20Foundation%20Annual%20Plan/2026-2027> until Feb 10.
