Hello everyone,

The Wikimania Steering Committee invites you to attend the* Future of
Wikimania* session at Wikimania 2026. The session will take place on *Friday,
July 24, 2026*, from *12:30 PM to 12:55 PM* local time in Paris (*10:30 UTC*
).

Participants can join us in person at the *Agora Room* or attend online,
where broadcast and chat will be available.

This meeting will cover the development process and format of our future or
upcoming Wikimania conferences. If you want to review background materials
before we meet, the Future of Wikimania wiki page contains archived videos
and notes from past iterations. You can access those records here:
