 Thanks for sharing, although I'm cautious about assuming that anonymous
posts on the Internet are true. One point of which this post is a good
reminder, is that an ombudsperson
<https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/ombudsperson> might be good for WMF to
have, and I too recall this being discussed a long time ago, but as far as
I know that position was never filled.

It would be disappointing if unionization is necessary to be able to
express professional internal dissent, and I hope that it's not necessary.
I believe that a certain amount of internal tension and back-and-forth are,
in some regards, helpful in organizations as they are in public on-wiki
discussions. This does not make the discussions easy or risk-free, but I'm
troubled by the conduct described here.

@Bernadette may I ask that you look into this matter, please? Again, I am
not assuming that what was posted was true, but I would feel better if
there was an investigation of what may have happened.
