Sorry to hear that.

I am lurking to find out whether there might be any help for a language
module that is starting up with prcedence on how to translate the
existing terms and licence.

The use of the concepts are AFAIK will be translated for the first time
in my language. As there is some advertisement  building up within the
community I wonder whether there is any focussed help to go through the
basics (of the FDL as it applies to Wikipedia)

Maybe I must lurk more and read up the endless archives...
