Well, as long as it is fair use according to your local law, you may use
it, irrespective of other copyright restrictions or extensions. However,
using a full Wikipedia article is usually _not_ fair use. On the other hand,
taking two or three lines would be. It also depends on how you are using it
and what you are using it for.
