wikipedia trademark

Hi

It seems that someone has set up a walon encyclopedia using the mediawiki 
software (ie. the software developed for and used by wikipedia): 
http://wikipedia.walon.org/

The problem is obviously that they call themselves the walon "wikipedia", even 
though they are not sanctioned to do so by wikimedia (governing body of all 
the wikipedias & wikiquotes, wiktionary, etc.).

I think this would constitute the kind of term dilution that are dangerous to 
our aspirations for trademarking "wikipedia".
