virtual child pornography

Hi, I have a question regarding child pornography.

I haven't been following closely, but I have heard that there have been
attempts of legislations after the CDA to regulate online pornography. I am
particularly wondering what the relevant law is regarding a picture
depicting non-existing person in a sexual manner when the person looks like
a minor. Is it considered a child pornography? For example, are we supposed
to delete those things immediately if we find it on the wikipedia server? Or
can we go through regular VfD procedure?

We would most probably delete such stuff anyway for moral and practical
ground, but I thouhgt I would learn about it anyway.

We are currently dealing with some potential troll/vandal who put links to
external porn pictures in pornstar articles. If this person (we are not sure
if there is only one person) comes back to annoy us, it would be helpful to
know to make quick and responsible decisions. (rather than, say, discussing
general moral principles that japanese wikipedia should follow regarding use
of nude pictures or non-nude somewhat sexual pictures, etc. ).

thanks for your attention,

Tomos
