It is also the same line they have been giving us for months.

It is, IMO, takedown letter time for them. I'll write a letter this weekend 
demanding that they either comply with the GNU FDL or take down articles for 
whom I am a major contributor. I suggest others do the same as well as soon 
as I post some templates.
