As another matter, I'm not sure in how far this argument holds. When
comparing the US and western Europe, the differences are certainly not
always such that the US allows more.

In general, the US allows more where fascism is concerned. Fascist, racist
and other extreme-right organisations see their rights curbed in Europe by
laws that forbid Holocaust denial and discrimination.

On the other hand, Europe allows more where sexuality is concerned. More
is possible in Europe not only in the area of pornography, but also in
presenting sexual information to minors.

Now, on itself neither of these should cause problems. Whatever falls
under discrimination laws would be terribly POV, and pornography is not
encyclopedic. But I trust future laws a lot less to keep us okay than
future extensions to Wikipedia. CDA skimmed by very close already...
