Asking a website to respect the license.

The website Xasa.com is infringing the license in the
mirroring of the spanish wikipedia.

They have an e-mail address for violations, 
[email protected] , but I'm not sure what exactly ask of
them (Please don't answer "Tell them to respect the
GFDL", I know that, but I want to be a bit more
helpful).
I think their copy falls under "Verbatim copying". Was
there somewhere a form letter for violations?
