Actually, I use 128M - which carries quite a lot of mail and web content.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia mentions this database, but does not
provide a link to get this.

How big is it ?

Incrementals ?

We pay for everything. Data here is about 4c (US) per megabyte.

One shot download, with yearly updates ?

CDs ?
