I am do not know in depth GNU FDL
and about US Copyright law. But may be, a
single author with some major contributions
could insist that a website owner who copies his
articles (or all of Wikipedia) is obliged to link
his articles (even if changed somewhat 
by other authors) always to
the original articles at Wikipedia and that
in each case a link to GNU FDL must be included?
