Requiring a link back

If we want to require a link back, all we have to do is make each Wikipedia 
article give its network location Then, that link has to be preserved under 
section 4J of the GFDL, and nobody can interpret their way around that.

The attempts to twist the history and attribution requirements into a link back 
requirement are nice and all, but the easiest solution has to be the best.

I think I might start unilateraly adding these network locations and see what 
happens. :)
