It would mean (as it does at Wikinfo) that you cannot copy or use the
database dump as a whole under the GNUFDL but would have to for those
particular pages use the Creative Commons license. It does not make the site
not open source but means that only the individual articles can be copied
reused and modified, not the site as a whole. A result Wikipedia rejects.
