Sure.  Ey owns the copyright on contributions, and can license them 
under anything ey wants.  Eir contributions are still licensed under the 
GFDL, as ey agreed to that when clicking the submit button (of course we 
can't really prove this, so if ey wanted to claim ey never actually 
clicked the submit button, there's really nothing we could do about it).
