legal issues at Japanese Wikipedia

While the traffic on this list is low, I want to mention that I wrote a 
brief overview of legal issues discussed (currently or in the past) at 
Japanese Wikipedia.

I wrote it in English, so that I can share that with others who can read 
English and have some interests.

I wrote it personally, so I am not representing them in any way. (Although I 
may try that some day calling attentions of other Japanese Wikipedians, and 
asking their comments, etc.)

In general, it is my hope that we can exchange more info. interlingually, 
and my little piece is meant to make a small contribution with that regard.
