In my opinion, with the words "All text available under terms of a non-GFDL license" you cannot identify the license, i.e.: "Not under GFDL, but under which license?" So, it's better for you either to write a license by yourself or to use one of other "ready-made" licenses, e.g. of Creative Commons. T.
