Just say something like "Text moved from [[{article
now}]]." If you really want to be fair then also state
the major authors in the edit summary.

That would also be a good idea for large text moves.

I messed up during an administrative move) 

is confusing to you? It gives you credit as the main
author of the text at that point. But the example with
Graft is a valid one: Graft should have mentioned in
the edit summary where the text came from. 

Another edit stating that the original author of the
text was you and not Graft should be enough. It would
be best if Graft did this but I have not seen him
around lately. A mention on the talk page would also
be helpful.
