When editing an item anonymously you currently get 3 messages after clicking
"add". The first one is our own copyright notification. The other two are
duplicates. They are MediaWiki's messages informing you that your IP will be
recorded.
We should get rid of at least the duplicate message. It'd be even better if we
can get to only showing one message on item and property pages? (Keep in mind
we need to continue to show MediaWiki's message on non-item and property
pages.)
