changes in metric definition to include all namespaces for Edits and Pages
Created causes a visible step up when viewed in Vital Signs. [1] [2]

Research team has requested we remove the old data that was computed with the
old definition (everything before Nov 1st).  This is so they don't have to
answer questions about the nature of the boost.
