We request creation of a magic word that would prevent commons images from
being included in a page.  The convention at Wikipedia is to make local copies
and protect images that appear on high traffic pages.  This is necessary to
prevent vandalism with NSFW images.  However, people often forget.  With such a
magic word we can have much better protection against such vandalism. 

A secondary feature would prevent inclusion of unprotected images. 

A third feature would similarly restrict the images in a template that might be
widely used.  

Perhaps all these can be accomplished simply, I hope.  Thank you.
