Re: edit and add 13 license text files of gnu agpl, gpl and lgpl only on mediawiki-extensions-WikimediaMessages

* there are grave mistakes in original message. (a) it must be Template:LGPLv2.1+ NOT Template:LGPLv2.1 and its link. (1) (b) 14 instead of 13 license texts. 
* licence text of (a) gnu agpl, gpl 1,2,3, lgpl "only" version is copied from spdx gnu licenses webpages (2) (b) gnu agpl, gpl 1,2,3, lgpl "or later" version is copied from gnu present (3) and old (4) licenses webpages.
* lgpl 3 or later text is copied from Template:LGPLv2.1+.
* patch file of my intended changes (lic.patch).
