There are some mentions of Anubis at

page was started as an outcome from some prior discussion of the IP
range blocking we have resorted to in Beta Cluster[0]. You might be
able to get some discussion going on the task page there in addition
to this thread. It would be neat if any new things you learn end up
documented there too.
