This is historically inaccoruate.  NPOV rules predate all the projects, 
and were established by me socially as the one non-negotiable thing that 
unifies us all.

I don't consider that individual projects were "inspired to inherit them".

Wikipedia was never the "Wikipedia Textbook project".
