Check out http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Current_staff for a full list
of Foundation staff. It looks like Barbara Brown and/or Sandra Ordonez are
the ones you want to forward this to, although since their names aren't
linked to their accounts I'm not sure how you could get in contact with
them.

Anyway, it's a start.
