I saw a book -- it is beautiful, amazing! Very useful, very clear :) I'd have some questions: * Just for knowing, where does the generator take the table of content? * There are two problem, the list of contributors that should be the 2nd cover and the GFDL that should be somewhere in the book, or other licenses if they are needed. * there is another problem with images, I think because they are from Commons - can you fix it?
