Colors in printed books

I've been putting together a colleciton for Wikijunior:Colors[1], and I remembered that the printed books don't come in color. That's a shame, because this is a charming little book for kids that relies pretty heavily on colored pages. What are the chances that we could get some kind of "color option" for printing the books?
