Brianna,

the wikiversity mailing list is listed at
http://mail.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/ - I've no idea why - and
personally, I'd also prefer if all Wikimedia lists were listed
together. I don't know who can carry out such tasks, or if it's
possible to "merge" two lists.

On the logo - pateince - the logo contest is coming to a close - and
the winning logo will definitely be "copyright of the Wikimedia
Foundation" - it was specified in the contest rules. The current image
(ie mortarboard) is, and always was, simply a placeholder.
