Hoi,
If you want this old language, you can have it both with Runic sets and
in Latin. When the UW is on line, you even have a user interface in
either script the first thing to do is to localise the user interface.
This is done by adding translations to words like noun or Nederlands or
romaji. As to runic sets, if they have a UTF-8 characterset, there will
be no problem.
