WIktionary-l needs new admins

I discovered that this list had been disabled because the current admins 
are inactive and the moderation queue became huge: 
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T120446

The list is now functioning but we still need new admins (I was added 
temporarily). Does anyone want to be an admin? If so, please reply here 
on the list.
