fink-0.36.5 and fink-0.37.0 released; end of life for 10.6

The Fink Project announces the release of the nominally identical 
fink-0.36.5 for 10.6 and fink-0.37.0 for 10.7-10.9.  These releases 
contain a number of improvements including better Java SDK detection, 
easier compiler wrapper maintenance, and recognition for OS 10.9.3.

The project also announces the end of official support for OS 10.6 (Snow 
Leopard).  Users who want package updates for that platform can contact 
the maintainer of those packages, or the fink-devel list for 
unmaintained packages (or if a package's maintainer won't update for 
10.6), but should not expect priority service.
