What version of gmp5 do you have installed? Make sure you have 6.1.2-1 
installed. If it was originally built when you were not on 10.15, try 
rebuilding gmp5 again now that you're on 10.15. If I'm right, it had a 
bug patched that should fix your libmpfr failure, but only if gmp5 was 
built on 10.15 as well and not inherited.
