This has been a recurring issue with perlmods, but fortunately the solution is pretty simple.  
1) Make sure that your fink is current.  Selfupdate if it isn’t.
2) Rebuild scalar-list-utils-pm5184 using Fink Commander’s Source > Rebuild or via “fink rebuild scalar-list-utils-pm5184”.  This should produce a properly built pm5184 package which doesn’t have a “5.18.2” directory in it.
3) Install scalar-list-utils-pm5184.  This should use the package you just generated.
