You actually have the inverse of the problem that others commonly reported.  They had files in a “5.18.2" directory in a -pm5184 package.  You’ve got a “5.18.4" directory in your currently installed scalar-list-utils-pm5182.  Rebuild and reinstall scalar-list-utils-pm5182.
