I don’t understand what to do about this:

Could not resolve inconsistent dependencies!

Fink isn't sure how to install the above packages safely. You may be able to fix things
by running:

  fink scanpackage fink scanpackages
  sudo apt-get update
  sudo apt-get install hdf5-bin=1.8.16-7 hdf5.10-shlibs=1.8.16-7

You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:
Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
fink-package-precedence: Depends: xcode but it is not installable. For Fink users, this often means that you have attempted to install a package from the binary distribution which depends on a "Restrictive" package. See <http://fink.sourceforge.net/faq/usage-fink.php#bindist>, <http://fink.sourceforge.net/doc/users-guide/packages.php#bin-exceptions>
gcc9-compiler: Depends: xcode (>= 4.6) but it is not installable. hdf5-cpp11-shlibs: Depends: hdf5.10-shlibs (= 1.8.16-6) but 1.8.16-7 is to be installed
  hdf5.10: Depends: hdf5.10-shlibs (= 1.8.16-6) but 1.8.16-7 is to be installed

E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).
