Pymol needs gcc9, which needs the Xcode command line tools from Apple. 
However, every time there's a system update, the Apple installed bit 
that Fink uses to track the command line tool's presence disappears, so 
you need to reinstall the command line tools. And Xcode.app by itself is 
not enough for gcc9. So try reinstalling the command line tools.
