cannot update-all (mkdir: /sw/src/fink.build/root-test-harness-pm5182-3.42-1/sw/lib/perl5/5.18.2: No such file or directory)

This appears to be new, last “update-all” was about two months ago on 3Oct2020 and all went well then.

I have tried rebuilding the various ‘failed’ packages and building again but end back here at this point again.

Any suggestions?  Should I uninstall and start fresh? (See note at end in which it seems I have two perl
versions in /sw/bin in addition to the MacOS /usr/bin/perl native to MacOS.

Note that this is preferable to emailing just the maintainer directly,

Please try to include the complete error message in your report.  This

Note:

I appear to have perl executables in /sw/bin and the MacOS perl is slightly more recent version.
Should I just remove fink versions of perl or are they needed?  I am not sure what to remove as I see this:
