They are designed to fail because that's their job. However, this looks like a crash instead, which is unexpected. However, the parent package doesn't seem to have suffered as a result (and the report does not say what package it belonged to). Probably safe to ignore unless it happens frequently (and then it's probably not a Fink but a system issue).
